When Stacking won’t Do, Lay it Flat
On any given occasion, this cargo would have been shipped by conventional vessels. But given that we had good thinking-out-of-the-box skills, we managed to convince the shipping carriers to consider shipping it on Flat Racks.
As the height of the cargo was 4.57m high, a drop deck lowbed was required to transport the cargo to the port yard to avoid any road obstructions. Stuffing was done within the port premises.
